Shipping

  • Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.
  • Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering. 
  • Expedited orders (2-Day, 3-Day, Overnight, or Saturday Delivery) placed before 12PM EST on a business day will ship out the same day; otherwise it will ship out the next business day.
  • Please note that we do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays and US holidays.
  • We are not responsible for the delays or missing packages caused by the shipper. If you are experiencing one of these problems, please contact the shipper with your tracking info for more details.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time

Pre-order or Backordered Items

  • Items that aren't available to ship when an order is placed are on pre-order or backorder and will ship at a later date. When placing your order, we will provide you with the approximate date we hope to ship out your pre-order or backordered item. 
  • NOTE: Backorder ship dates are approximate, and we'll email you if the date changes.
  • As soon as the item is back in stock, we will ship your pre-order/backordered item(s) via Fedex Smartpost Delivery which can take 5-15 Business Days (weekends not included). 
  • You will be notified via a shipment confirmation email (and a tracking number) once your pre-order/backordered items have shipped. 
  • Because we ship in-stock items right away, backordered items will arrive in separate shipments.

    Refused Delivery

    • If you refuse or are unable to accept a delivery, you will remain responsible for all original shipping charges, duties, customs, and taxes incurred on the package. All carriers will charge a fee to return the package to the sender. You will be liable for the return shipping fees if you refuse delivery, or if an attempt has been made multiple times by the carrier with no success.
